| Government portal as a window of the Government to provide information andservices for the public, its construction as well as the public’s satisfaction has become animportant indicator of the level of development of e-government measure of a country orregion. Promote openness in government affairs and the development of e-government,we must first do the construction of government websites. Website evaluation helps tounderstand its construction, and then improve the level of sites construction.Evaluation of government websites, mainly based on the point of view of thegovernment functions and based on the perspective of public satisfaction, and the formerstudy is more mature. However, the use of evaluation results of the established indexsystem from the point of view of the government functions on the site can only clear thesite is perfect, but we do not know whether the public was satisfied. Therefore, theestablishment of a set of objective and reasonable, based on public satisfaction evaluationsystem to accurately evaluate the construction of a national or regional governmentportals is very important. This article used a combination of theoretical analysis andpractical application, from the perspective of public satisfaction to study the governmentportal evaluation. The article first reviewed the status of research at home and abroad inthe field. After investigation collation and analysis of the relevant literature, it pointed outthe characteristics and shortcomings of existing research. Secondly, through expert advice,combined with the research results and existing public satisfaction theory, the paperdefined the evaluation index of the website, and determined the weight of each indexusing the analytic hierarchy process method. Third, the evaluation index system is appliedto a specific site evaluation. After questionnaires and statistical analysis, the studyanalyzed the circumstances of its construction. Fourth, through the analysis of theconstruction situation and the problems of the Fuzhou government portal, the articleproposed some building recommendations about Fuzhou and other government portalwebsites. |
