| The government portal is in the key position in the development of e-government,it not only shows the public image of the government,but also is the most direct platform for communicating with the public.At present,the mainstream development trend of electronic to constantly improve the level of public services,and strengthen the public affairs and political interaction,and establish a transparent,fair and open the window,in order to improve the credibility of the government.Research on the government’s web portal,now many domestic and foreign experts and scholars have obtained the corresponding academic results,but research on the county government website construction involved less,so I hope through this study can excavate the county government portal site of Heilongjiang province construction problems and proposed solutions.In addition,based on the evaluation index system of the setting of the performance of government portal website,the website through extensive investigation,in Heilongjiang Province,Zhejiang Province,Gansu province government portal site a lot of comparative research,found that the main problems in the following aspects: the construction survey network platform construction is not standardized,the system is not perfect,the website information management,web service of the poor,causes many problems and puts forward constructive suggestions,to contribute to promote the Heilongjiang province government portal website construction force. |
