Studies On Policy Executive Ability Of Town’s Government In Harmonious Society

Policy Executive is an important component of the Public Policy Process. Policyimplementation is an important part of government construction of efficient execution.In the construction of new socialist countryside, Town’government, which directly facesthe overwhelming majority of farmers, is the key to the central spirit and policyimplement. Therefore, studying the policy executive ability of Town’s government hasvery important theory and practical significance.In this paper, I study on the town’s government, discuss the issue of its policyexecution ability based on the construction of a harmonious society of the environment,analysis of the present stage of our country villages and towns of policy implementationpresent situation, and put forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions.From the aspect of content, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is for theintroduction part, which research background, significance and research status at homeand abroad subject basic introduced. The second part is the harmonious society andtownship government policy implementation force basic introduction to the theory.Mainly elaborated the connotation of harmonious society, the township governmentpolicy implementation force connotation, particularity and significance. The third partof our country villages and towns government policy to analysis the current situation ofthe execution, due to the policy implementation force the main reasons of the lack ofinclude: policy cognitive defects, implementation main body quality is not high, thepolicy implementation system is not perfected, interest conflict. The fourth part is thefoothold, mainly discusses the harmonious society in the perspective of villages andtowns government promotion policy implementation ways: township administrativesystem reform, the establishment of township government service.
