The Effect Of Political Factors On Administration

Research on relationship between politics and administration has long been the focus of academic research of politics and administration. With China’s political environment and academic environment becoming free, research on our country’s political and administrative relationship gradually prevailed. Administration as a government behavior and phenomenon, especially for the political and administrative responsibility definition has become one of the basic topics in the field of administrative science research. This article first put forward to the theoretical basis and research hypothesis, then discuss the state evolution of the political line of relations and functions of the government. On the basis of this, take for Xingguo county as research object, to analysis Xingguo county’ functions of the government of kuomintang (KMT) ruling period, the Soviet regime period and the period after the founding of the communist party came to power. Finally this article come to the research conclusion, namely the three political factors:ruling party, the governing idea and governing environment may influence on the social relief functions.
