Taiwan is a part of China since ancient times. It was colonized by Japanese after the Sino-Japanese War of1894-1895. But Taiwan’s efforts to liberate never stop. Entering the Anti-Japanese War, kuomintang want to recover Taiwan. The central party headquarters of the kuomintang (KMT) decided to set up Taiwan department directly under the kuomintang (KMT), Taiwan department’s work is recover Taiwan. This article put Taiwan directly under the KMT party headquarters as the research object, draw the outline of the ins and outs of the KMT party headquarters.Taiwan department do a lot of work during the five years such as:training talents, conducting mainly organization, training, promotion of party work, recovered province, and the problem of post-war recovery work put forward some suggestions for more detail.
