Research On Crisis Management Of Sudden Public Events In Small And Medium-sized City

In recent years, as China’s opening to the outside world is gradually thorough, the social structureis becoming more and more complex, various public emergencies increased. In some small andmedium-sized city in China, these places because of the low level of city, facing the poor infrastructure,lack of professionals, lack of funds, backward technology, information transmission lags behind otherdifficulties, crisis management ability. How to improve the small and medium-sized city crisis managementability, is an important, urgent and important task facing small and medium-sized city in china.In this paper, the main requirements to build a service-oriented government as the starting point, theuse of standardized research method, literature analysis method and system analysis method analyzes crisismanagement of small and medium-sized city in China, the problems and their causes, and puts forwardsome immature suggestions for solving the problem. The innovation of this paper focus on small andmedium-sized city as the research object and analyzes the characteristics of the small and medium-sizedcity emergency and the existing problems, according to the crisis management of sudden public events inthe order, the small and medium-sized city crisis management is divided into three parts, preventionmechanism of processing mechanism and later reflection mechanism, and put forward specific proposalsand the measures to improve the link.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, summarizes our country smalland medium-sized city crisis management research background, significance and research situation at homeand abroad, the research content and research methods. The second part is the related concept of small andmedium-sized city crisis management and the use of related theories, this part is the crisis management ofsmall and medium-sized city emergency theoretically explained. The third part is the analysis ofclassification and characteristics of small and medium-sized city of unexpected events in our country, thefourth part mainly analyzes the existing problems and causes of sudden public events in small andmedium-sized city, the fifth part is based on the small and medium-sized city crisis management problems,and puts forward some suggestions. The last part is the conclusion, this part mainly summarizes werereviewed and summarized, and put forward the prospects.
