Research On The Path Of Inner Mongolia Communist Youth League Serving Youth Entrepreneurship

Youth development is a basic and strategic project of the party and the state.In April 2017,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the medium and long term youth development plan(2016-2025),placing youth development in a more important strategic position in the overall work of the party and the state to promote,"youth employment and entrepreneurship" as a priority area of youth development,and making special arrangements to provide sustained impetus for encouraging youth entrepreneurship and promoting youth development.It is an important mission and responsibility of the Communist Youth League to promote youth entrepreneurship.To give full play to the organizational advantages of the Communist Youth League to provide necessary conditions and effective services for youth entrepreneurship is not only an objective requirement for the Communist Youth League to serve the overall situation of Party and government work and the development of youth,but also an objective need to promote youth growth and employment.From the perspective of public management,based on the Communist Youth League's grasp of the characteristics of the times and the performance of its duties of serving young people,this paper compares the requirements of the national medium and long term youth development plan(2016-2025)and the medium and long term youth development plan of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region(2018-2025)on promoting young people's entrepreneurship,from the perspective of the Inner Mongolia Communist Youth League's inadequate service for young people's entrepreneurship and the needs of young entrepreneurs Starting with this,the paper studies the ways and measures to improve the Inner Mongolia Communist Youth League's service for youth entrepreneurship.In the introduction part,the research background,purpose and significance of this paper are described,and the research trends of Youth Service entrepreneurship of the Communist Youth League at home and abroad are summarized,and the relevant contents are analyzed;in the first part,the concept and theoretical basis of Youth Service entrepreneurship of the Communist Youth League are put forward;in the second part,the work contents of Youth Service entrepreneurship of the Communist Youth League of Inner Mongolia are analyzed through investigation and investigation To summarize and analyze the main measures,practical explorations and main achievements of the Inner Mongolia Communist Youth League's service for youth entrepreneurship;in the third part,through investigation and analysis,to sort out the shortcomings,problems and reasons of the Inner Mongolia Communist Youth League's service for youth entrepreneurship;finally,to implement the planning objectives and requirements,focus on resource integration and innovation of measures and methods,so as to strengthen the pertinence of entrepreneurship training To improve youth entrepreneurship,improve the function of youth entrepreneurship carrier,enhance the ability of entrepreneurship incubation service,actively strive for government and social support,provide low threshold entrepreneurial capital services,optimize youth entrepreneurship environment,widely create a social atmosphere to support youth entrepreneurship,explore the innovative path of the Communist Youth League to serve youth,promote the Communist Youth League to better meet the demands of youth entrepreneurship,and help Young entrepreneurs can better realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
