Internet anti-corruption is a new stuff in recent years, but it has played a considerable role inanti-corruption field. How does the Internet anti-corruption originating from netizens exposure function?What conditions does it need? These are the focuses of this thesis. Through the typical Internetanti-corruption case analysis, the general law of Internet anti-corruption can be concluded. SuccessfulInternet anti-corruption should experience seven steps: netizen posting, netizens reposting, famousInternet forums reposting, press reporting, civil public pressure forming, anti-corruption organizationinterfering, result exposing. And it should consist six turning points: whether the exposing material isrevealing, whether public opinion leaders and Internet pushers participate, whether it has news value,whether public opinion forms, whether public opinion pressure forms, whether government isresponsible. Internet anti-corruption should have its conditions: Internet public field, responsiblegovernment, and enthusiastic men. enthusiastic men are the most important factor, which play animportant role in every step of Internet anti-corruption and every condition of Internet anti-corruption.This factor activates the Internet anti-corruption. Internet anti-corruption is an essential form of publicinvolvement in anti-corruption, and it plays an important role in anti-corruption in Internet age.Although Internet anti-corruption has played a considerable role in anti-corruption field, it still has someshortcomings, such as false information, infringement of privacy, uncertainty of power department, andthe inability of public opinion representing social universal opinion, which can be judged from themechanism of Internet anti-corruption. So it is necessary to regulate and guide it.
