Research On Anti-corruption Supervision Mechanism Of Internet + Era Network Based On Citizen Participation

In the 'Government Work Report' of 2015, Premier Li Keqiang officially launched the concept of Internet plus ", calling for a" Internet plus "action plan. This means that "Internet plus" has been included in the national plan of action. Internet plus represent the future, is a new way of life and production, and even a trend of social changes. Along with the arrival of the era of Internet plus wave, China's anti-corruption action has reached a new height of hitherto unknown since eighteen years. According to incomplete statistics, by the end of the current investigation of the provincial and ministerial level officials above up to 78, below the provincial level corruption anti-corruption officials even more numerous. This shows that the new generation of the central government's attention to corruption.In this paper, firstly, the related concepts Internet plus age and era characteristic was introduced, designed to show that the network supervision in Internet plus era should show the form. The third chapter analyzes nowadays system of anti-corruption and anti-corruption network status and the problems shown, aims to indicate the necessity of constructing the Internet plus era in citizen participation as the main body of the new network supervision mechanism. The fourth chapter is the first of eighteen major concern since the introduction and analysis of a typical case of sacked officials. The fifth part is the key part of the article, based on the analysis above, this paper mainly discusses how to build the network supervision mechanism based on citizen participation. The feasibility analysis of constructing the network supervision mechanism based on the citizen participation. The third,fourth and fivth chapters constitute a "necessity, feasibility, effectiveness" as the main line of logic, fully and effectively demonstrates why and how to build a construction based on Internet plus background model on the citizen participation network supervision mechanism of the lord.The sixth chapter is standing in the whole framework of Network Anti-corruption down on citizens how to use the newly constructed network supervision mechanism to give their own strength more efficiently in the tide of Network Anti-corruption.The ending part is a vision of our future anti-corruption system, and puts forward the gradually from the Commission for Discipline Inspection as the core of the party's anticorruption gradually transition to the judicial core of the anti-corruption law and supervision by the masses as the core of network anti-corruption. Stressed the importance of the rule of law in the anti-corruption, strengthen the status of the network in the anti-corruption, as well as the network as a combination of anti-corruption tools and the rule of law.
