Study On The Strategy To Improve Culture Construction For Public Security Border Troops

The17th CPC National Congress in2007proposed to develop a prosperous socialist culture, which provides a guideline for culture construction. The cultural construction of Public Security Border Troops should go with the times, focus on reality, and further improve regulations and policies that are conducive to police culture development.The paper has three parts:In the first part, the author introduces common theories of police culture construction for border troops, and provides in-depth analysis. Contents involved are the essence and features of border troops culture, as well as factors affecting its culture construction. Meanwhile, the author proposes the significances of border troops culture construction.The second part illustrates the status quo of border troops culture construction. It also explains its existing problems and analyses causes of the problems.The third part proposes that border troops culture construction should highlight three features, five links, four types of innovation, three emphasis, four mechanisms so as to provide solutions to the issue.
