Today,the Internet has become a necessity in the lives of netizens.According to the41 st Statistical Report of China’s Internet Development released by China Internet Information Center,as of December 2017,the number of Internet users in China exceeded 772 million,the number of mobile Internet users reached 753 million,and the proportion of mobile Internet users was close to 97.5%.It can be seen that the extensive development and application of mobile media has become the main tool for users to access the Internet,which facilitates users to conduct Internet activities.The new media era is also the era of mobile Internet.In recent years,the Internet has become widespread,and the vast number of officers and men of the Xinjiang Border Defense Force,like other Internet users,have convenient access to outside information through the mobile Internet.However,the border guards and soldiers receive external information through the Internet to meet psychological needs.Meanwhile,the rapid effect of Internet speed,identity concealment,and information quantification has also brought a strong impact on closed military camps,especially the negative military-related remarks and military-related public sentiment.It is easy for the officers and men to fall into misunderstandings,and the words and deeds are extremely extreme,causing accidents and affecting the normal order and development of the troops.Therefore,the frontier guards and soldiers should recognize the seriousness of the struggle of cyberspace ideology.To withstand the test of the battlefield without smoke,they must also assume the responsibility of resisting the adverse effects of the negative rumors.This article draws on the study of Internet public opinion at home and abroad,and uses knowledge of communication,public management,psychology,journalism,etc.from the analysis of the negative public sentiment of the negative impact of the Internet’s negative public opinion on the troops.In response to the characteristics of the border defense forces,countermeasures against the negative public sentiment of the Internet are proposed.Finally,through the case analysis,the proposed countermeasures are quantitatively analyzed and ranked,and the countermeasures are provided for improving the defense capability of the officers and men of the border guards.
