Research On The Cultural Construction Of ShanXi Expressway Traffic Police

The culture of Shanxi expressway traffic police is the sum of the spiritual,cultural,institutional,cultural,behavioral,cultural and material achievements of the people's police of Shanxi expressway in the police practice,which are formed by performing the legal functions of the police to enhance the team management level and enhance the cultural soft power.The research on the practice of the cultural construction of the expressway traffic police in Shanxi Province and the law of its development and evolution can provide reference for the cultural construction of the expressway traffic police in China.This paper reviews and summarizes the cultural construction process of Shanxi expressway traffic police in the past 25 years by explaining the connotation,finding the bright spot,searching the problem and finding the law of the road.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,purpose,significance,research content and innovation of the topic.In the second part,the definition characteristics and functions of Shanxi expressway traffic police culture are given,the advantages and characteristics of its cultural resources are traced back,the construction levels of Shanxi expressway traffic police culture are divided,and the key points of Shanxi expressway traffic police culture construction are pointed out.The third part,starting from the highlights of the process and through a diachronic investigation,traces the construction of Shanxi expressway traffic police culture in each period,and summarizes the symbolic cultural brand and construction results.The fourth part,from the concrete construction practice,pointed out the current Shanxi expressway traffic police culture construction problems and causes.The fifth part,according to the existing shortcomings,according to the vertical logical relationship,from the mining of regional cultural resources to improve the cultural construction mechanism,cultural personnel training to build high-quality cultural brands,etc.,gives the future construction path.
