According to figures from the Ministry of Public Security TrafficManagement, the novice whose driving experience less than3years of accident ismore than40%of the total number of driver’s accident. Fresh driver has become thehigh-risk groups of traffic accidents in China. It affects the drivers’ life safety andtraffic safety seriously. As the cradle of new drivers driving training institutions,motor vehicle driver training and exam are highlighted.G is a experienced, well-funded, advanced facilities driving training institutions.Through a friend’s recommendation, the author registered on the driving school. Byparticipating in the whole process of training, I found that great deviation betweenthe reality and expected.This paper is a study about the driving school how to learn from the externalenvironment to maintain its survival and development and how to act in the internalspace strategy, explore the informal rules above the surface.Studies have found that formal rules regulates the public roles between thegovernment and the driving school.
