In November7,1931theSoviet Republic of China was founded in Soviet Ruijin, promulgated the "constitutionoutline", outline reflects the worker-peasant democratic political nature of ChineseSoviet Republic, also provides a legal basis for the Central Soviet Area of politicalparticipation of the peasants; necessary measures for developing and expandingfarmers solve the land in the central Soviet political participation is the problem,consolidate Soviet expression of the proletariat democracy regime, and the defeat ofthe Kuomintang reactionary forces, but also the party on the objective analysis of therevolutionary situation, make important strategic decisions.Based on lots of relevant documents of the Central Soviet Area, the politicalparticipation of farmers for empirical research.
