Build a harmonious society in China caused bya more serious challenge. it should be through effective public conflict management and system construction.channel conflict energy back into the system allowed to express their dissatisfaction, rational consultations and negotiations.Overall, the current labor conflicts have three characteristics: Firstly, workers expressed the aspirations of the interests of the performance for higher wages, improved conditions, improved benefits and other requirements. Secondly,the government often become workers protest objects, in particular to its partiality, corruption, workers tend to abhor, but the realization of labor demands andmust rely on the government, so the government is highly dependent, lowtrust, showing a paradoxical state. Government should be accurate positioning of their functions, for fundamental workers’ rights defenders, neutral coordinator and creatingthe institutional environment. The same time, to reform and improve the tradeunions, so that can play a role in representing the interests of workers, alsoneed to promote and develop habits to comply with the rule of law at thewhole community level, culture is conducive to conflict resolution in thecultureto protest mass incidents.
