Along with our country’s accumulation of social clashes at the transition period, outbreak of various group events is rising trend. The environmental group events as a kind of representative rights group events, with a sudden, devastating, highly participation, produced tremendous harm to public order and people’s property security. The evolution of environmental group events follow a typical NIMBY and emotional infection of individual social psychological mechanism and group psychology and mobilization. The thesis consists of four parts.Firstly, this paper clarifies the research background,analyzes the external appearance of all kinds of group event and summarizes the research results at the same time combining with the current social reality and before.External system of group events are reviewed and on this basis it expounds the breakthrough, innovative research, establishment of the current harmonious society history under the trend of social workers involved in the third party representative mechanism which is significant to the prevention and control of environmental group events.Secondly, this paper analyses internal psychological mechanism and external psychological effects the environmental group events from the root to find the intrinsic motivation of environmental group events outbreak and analyses the various causes of social psychological factors of vicious violence, and summarizes at the same time a individual molecules as groups. It analyses the mechanism of action of a single individual in the group from the view of social psychology and the environmental groups of the outbreak of the pervasive process.Thirdly, based on psychological reasons of the environmental group events this paper combines with the present situation of today’s social work which is gradually booming and attempts to put forward a set of prevention and cure mechanism of operation with sufficient theoretical basis.This mechanism is divided into three steps, clearly points out the role that community social workers should play in the environment of mass events before and later and a detailed description of each step community social workers should take and explains its meaning aiming to provide a set of effective action guidance for community social workers. According to the law, it is duty for every citizen and social organization to promote the booming development of the society. Social worker organizations are new professional social service organizations, which have some advantages in technique and resource to deal with mass incidents. At the same time, according to theoretical analysis and case analysis, this paper thinks that the management of social organizations participating in environmental group events is feasible, but also necessary. Social workers and social work organizations will become the first barrier to release social pressure and alleviate the social pressure to diversify release to guide the masses to carry out legal relief, thereby reduce the occurrence of mass incidents. It is a creative management pattern to guide social organizations to do more for the construction of community’s atmosphere.Finally, according to the cause of social work in China’s development status,this paper puts forward a series of constructive policy proposals aiming to put forward the construction scheme which is feasible for social work development in china. In this part of the paper, thorough investigation of community social work in the current state of development, the writer believes that the current community social work is still in the imbalanced development, security is not comprehensive and the system is not perfect. It is difficult to remove administration, education and practice decoupling for the geographical restrictions. In the circumstances, vigorous social security worker employment channels and welfare, practice into education and vigorously support of the civil social organizations will gradually improve the situation, safeguard social work development and let the community social workers to participate in the social management.
