Research On The Safeguard Mechanism In The Innovation Of Village Social Management

It is said that "Social management innovation" is the topic that the society andacademia focus on in recent years. With rapid growth of China’s economy in30years,gradually, the social contradictions also accumulate. As the rapid expansion of thematerial wealth, anxiety in the society also has been spread widely, especially incountrysides. Seen from the scope of the innovation of village social management, theresearch which emphasizes on safeguard mechanism become imperative. At present,the researches about the innovation of village social management are scant, especiallythe researches focusing on safeguard mechanism. Hence, this article takes the view ofvillage social management and takes Ningxiang in Hunan for example to analyze thecurrent situation of the innovation of social management and solutions to confront withthe situation, which has a certain pioneering meaning and theoretical value. This papercan provide scientific basis for government departments to promote the innovation ofvillage social management. Moreover, it is also able to provide academic research withtheoretical reference for the innovation of village social management. Besides, somecountermeasures also can provide direct inspiration and guidance to the work.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter mainly introduces thebackground, the purpose and the meaning of this topic. It is based on the achievementsat home and abroad and puts forward the main research contents, research methods andmain innovative points. The second chapter describes the safeguard mechanism in theinnovation of village social management, and introduces the related theory, andexpounds the significance of establishing the safeguard mechanism in the innovationof village social management. In additon, it also lays a foundation for the full text. Thethird chapter takes Ningxiang county for example to find out the current situation ofthe safeguard mechanism in the innovation of village social management.It concludedthe measures that are took to set up the safeguard mechanism in the innovation ofvillage social management and its results. Takidng the views from human resources,financial and material resources, information science and the legal system, the fourthchapter, thoroughly, analyzes the problems and main reasons of the safeguardmechanism in the innovation of village social management in Ningxiang county. The fifth chapter comes up with proposals to completing the personnel training securitymechanism, building intact capital investment and raise mechanism, fortifying thestrength of matieral insurance, augmenting the management of information society andperfecting the law system security mechanism and so forth.
