21th century is characterized by development. The world economy is booming with the integration of the world market and the development of new technology. These offer the cooperatives of the world a good chance to develop. Onthe other hand, the door of WTO had been opened for China--Chinesecorporative have not only been given a chance to develop but also meet the challenge of the new era.Chinese state-own enterprises are now in the social transformation period of economic system shifting , Value viewpoint Changing and frequently happened impact among several kinds of culture theory. Due to the dramatically Changing of the economic environment, the present state-own enterprises has had to change the operation from the past passively adapt to market to actively participate the market competition. It is an investing and producing economic system, the purpose of operation is to make profit instead of finish the order of the government. The new management styles has occurred in enterprises of present world, such as customer guiding, process reengineering, team organization, learning organization etc. Creating Key competences is also the target that the enterprises seek. Without doubt, all of these relate to many aspects of problems include not only the distribution of economic benefit and power, but also the cooperation of relationship between people and people, people and material. The resolving of the above problems should be take the people as the core, establish principal position of people in the organization, bring the initiative of people into full play, and then realize management innovation of state-own enterprises.Under the circumstance, applying the practical test study methods that combine the theory study and the analysis of typical cases, starting with the opportunity and challenge the Chinese state-own enterprises face, under the background of scientific management and humanism management, combining the present management theory, the thesis analyzed the relationship between social transformation and management innovation, and through the comparison and analysis to enterprises management style of Japan and USA, put forward that state-own enterprises should consummate the basic management, strengthen binding system, form the best style ofvalue changing, meanwhile, carry out the construction of enterprises culture and humanism management. At last, the thesis introduced successful management style of Haier to make a further analysis and discussion. The text initially explored the state-own enterprises in the social transformation period and followed up an innovative idea to management style.Actually, the concept of humanism management has been accepted popularly in China. However, due to the influence of the specific culture tradition, the humanism management had been changed into simple,, vulgar "human relation management" ;the real culture atmosphere of "planning matters not persons" has not been formed in most of our state-own enterprises. After the state-own enterprises experienced the pain and wash of reform, how to endow with the new idea to "humanism" , setting up an excellent team in the enterprises and keeping the continuously development of enterprises are also one problem that the text want to recount. The author thought, Only through the present management practice, based on the practical state-own enterprises operation, Strengthen the basic management and culture construction, can the innovative idea to management be really realized.
