The performance management of public security organs under the setting of socialmanagement innovation is kind of new team management mode which is proposedunder the new situation of social management innovation. The purposes of studying thistopic are to explore a feasible plan and method to ensure the implementation ofperformance management for the public security organs, and also to provide sometheoretical and practical references and guides for how to carry out the performancemanagement in the context of social management innovation.Through interview and survey, this paper analyzes the problems existed in thecurrent performance management system. Based on the experiences gained and lessonslearnt, it improves and perfects the performance management system in the context ofsocial management innovation. Considering the current situation of the performancemanagement system in public security organs in China, this study focuses on thefollowing issues: how to achieve the objectivity and fairness of performance evaluation;how to refine the performance evaluation contents and decompose the performanceindicators under the setting of social management innovation; how to set up a morescientific performance evaluation plan and a more rational implementation plan whichcan ensure the successful execution of the performance management. With seldomliteratures on this topic, this research primarily studies the performance managementsystem under the situation of social management innovation. It discusses how toimprove the performance management system under the new situation. The desire of theresearch is to explore and set up a better performance evaluation mechanism as aneffective tool to enhance the management level of social public security organs, so as tomake a better public security team. |
