University graduate employment problems are inevitable because of increasing enrollment extensively in college. So far, not all the university graduate can get a job. The plan of college student village officer as a national guidance policy is a win-win strategy which studies and weighs the situation of university graduate employment and village development problems. Especially on April 11, 2008, a document was issued by the Organization Dept. of the Central Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China to arrange the work to choose university graduate to work in a village. The plan of college student village officer went into a new developing period. And university graduate pay close attention to the plan and the phenomenon of being crazy for a position as college student village officer turned out. The career motivations of student enrollment are the internal motive to carry out the plan. This paper aimed to put forward suggestions to carry out the plan by analyzing the general situation, influencing factors and motivation and behavior relations of college student village officer in LISHUI with the theory of motivation to work in psychology.Part 1 Introduction: Mainly introduces the question formulation, the purpose and meaning of research and literature review.Part 2 General description of the plan of college student village officer: It mainly introduces the situation of entering oneself for the selective exam of college village officer. A questionnaire was worked out according to the motivation. And the situation of the candidates for college village officer and the factors' rates of entering oneself for the exam were also worked out via interviewing and surveying.Part 3 Analysis on the motivation and influencing factors of college village officers in LISHUI: It mainly introduces the career motivations and influencing factors of college village officers in LISHUI and try to analyze the motivation factors which could promote or obstruct the college students to work as college village officers. It also points out which are the positive career motivation factors and which are negative career motivation factors. And this section summarizes the influencing factors.Part 4 Analysis on career motivations and behavior relations of college student village officers in LISHUI: Three tendencies are summed up with the theory of motivation to work in psychology (Human being' s behavior is dominated by motivations. However, the motivation arises from needs. Generally speaking, human being' s behavior always has its own objective and arises from a certain motivation in order to reach a certain aim) according to the analysis above on career motivations and influencing factors.Part 5 Suggestions and countermeasures: this part has a discussion on how to promote more and more students, especially excellent college students to work as "village officers" and put forward some countermeasures. For school: should lead the students to forming correct ideal and faith and career motivation, changing the concept of choosing a job, combining the personal value realization with social needs. For policies: completing the employing mechanism, and reinforcing the management and examine of college village officers, promoting supporting measures to carry out the government documents and ultimately making the college students workable.
