Research On The Optimization Of The Placement Policy Of Retired College Students And Soldiers

According to national laws and regulations,this policy provides financial support services.At present,the regulations on the placement of ex servicemen is a special law with the highest legal status in the law on the placement of ex servicemen in China.However,the content of the policy is relatively short,and there are some problems in the specific operation.In order to create an environment of national security,military construction and social stability,it is necessary to optimize policies.From the perspective of demand hierarchy theory,public service theory and human resource theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of the policy of placement for retired college students in China by using the method of questionnaire survey,and analyzes the reasons from the perspective of policy,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of conscription policy,post retirement management,improvement of laws and regulations and employment policy,so as to promote the optimization of the policy,To promote the smooth development of resettlement work,to promote national defense and military construction,and to promote social stability and unity.
