Hong Kong Chief Executive system is an important political system of the Hong KongSpecial Administrative Region under the "one country, two systems". According to the “HongKong Basic Law ",which set the principles and constitutional requirements, generallyconsidered to be Hong Kong’s political system is the" executive-leading" system, the ChiefExecutive of Hong Kong’s political system is the core place and key leadership. After thereturn of Hong Kong to the motherland, the current situation of Hong Kong’s constitutionaldevelopment, that the Chief Executive system did not mean to play its due role in accordancewith the original intention of the Basic Law enacted, resulting in the emergence of HongKong social and political chaos.Hong Kong Chief Executive system does not run better caused by many reasons, fromthe Perspective of home and abroad, Hong Kong as a colony by the British rule, deeplyimprinted on the stigma of capitalism. After the reunification, the system of mainland Chinacan not be fully applicable to Hong Kong, in order to solve this problem, the settings of the"Basic Law" undoubtedly create in time, but only by these systems does not make HongKong society and the public is fully compliant with the meaning of central government. TheChief Executive is the head of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, was elected byHong Kong people, and also through the appointment of the central government, which thespecial status caused by the special difficulties faced by the Chief Executive’s Policy.
