Research On The Citizenization Of Peasant Workers In The Angle Of Capabilities

The study on peasant workers’ citizenization of Shijiazhuang has important practicalsignificance on solving the current problems and improving the happiness of peasantworkers as the construction of harmonious Shijiazhuang. In this papers, using the theoryof capability, to analyze the problem of the citizenization of migrant workers inShijiazhuang and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, to providereference for related departments to formulate policies, in order to give some help tosolve the problem of the citizenization of migrant workers in Shijiazhuang.The text is divided into four parts, the first part is theoretical base, focus on AmartyaSen’s theory of governance viable capacity set out the main points, and analysized thepossible theoretical significance to resolve the problem of peasant workers ’citizenization of Shijiazhuang. The second section provided an overview of Shijiazhuangcity, in recent years, major problems of peasant workers ’ citizenization: civil protectionlack and settled in urban economic barriers, social inequality, lack of information, lack ofsocial security. Part III analysized the main reason of peasant workers ’ citizenization ofShijiazhuang city from the feasible theory perspective: political factors, economic factors,social factors, transparency, guaranteed. Part IV put forward the suggestions to solve theproblem of peasant workers ’ citizenization of Shijiazhuang: guaranteed political freedom,improved economic conditions, providing economic base for peasant workers ’citizenization and provided equal social opportunities, strengthen the construction ofinformation, increased transparency guarantees, perfect the social security system.
