There are social conflicts occurring in each field of the society, there is a variety of disputes, petition and the group events, become a stumbling block to affect the harmonious development of society and sustained and stable growth the economy. But the social contradictions mediation mechanism in accordance with current form is not perfect. The key to build a harmonious society is in rural society. In the process of construction of the integration of the urban and rural regions, proper adjustment of various social contradictions, to grasp the method of conflict mediation, to strengthen the scientificalness and effectiveness of the conflict mediation mechanism to resolve the contradiction, constructing a harmonious and stable social development, is a new requirement for the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, in the side of improving the social contradictions mediation, on one hand, it is necessary to consider the particularity and the practical characteristics of the current Xinjin County, so that the resources are fully utilized, and the effective role is exerted conflict mediation mechanism; on the other hand, the practical needs of the recent social contradictions mediation must be known, to play the role of mediation mechanism, ultimately to perfect a social conflict mediation mechanism guaranteed by various systems. This study, in this way, protects the legitimate rights and interests of the masses, basing on fast and effectively resolve social contradictions, pay attention to investigation and Study on the background of the construction of urban and rural integration, basing on analyzing the theory of harmonious society construction theory, the theory, the interests and the interests of the mechanism of social stratification and social conflict theory, basing on the understanding of the basic situation of Xinjin County, designs surveys and study,combining with research results, making a significant exploration of the specific improvement of social contradictions mediation mechanism in Xinjin County of Chengdu.This study adopts the research methods of survey of interview, first carries on the analysis of connotation of harmonious social construction theory, the theory, the interests and the interests of the mechanism of social stratification and social conflict theory the theoretical basis and applicable, followed by the analysis of the understanding of Xinjin County, according to the specific circumstances of Chengdu field.Respectively, from the village (community), township (street), county level three interviews will be designed, in the design to determine the interview subject, interview survey object, interview preparation, interview survey method and the survey questions.
