With the rapid development of our country industrialization and the advancement of urbanization, a large number of migrant workers constantly poured into the city, for urban development and construction has made great contribution to. First occurrence has been30years,"the tide of migrant workers" as time goes by, migrant workers within the generational divide. Nowadays, the number of new generation migrant workers has passed the half of the migrant workers, their city into the situation directly related to the development of urbanization process and social economic development results. However, new generation of migrant workers into full of obstacles, in addition to external institutional, economic, and cultural barriers, in its own professional skills, life style, value idea, social interactions, etc, and the city does not adapt, the lack of internal quality is also seriously affected the new generation migrant workers city into the process. To improve the quality of the new generation migrant workers themselves, therefore, has become solve the problem of the city into an integral part of. A large number of theory research and practice has proved that the community education in the new generation migrant workers their own quality, to promote its advantages in the process of "urbanization". Because our country is in transition period, however, the restriction of the economic and social development level, community education in according to the new generation migrant workers still exist many problems in the practice of education, not really play the role to promote the new generation migrant workers into the city.A typical township in suzhou town of M as a case, in the perspective of community education, to research the new generation of rural migrant workers in cities into question, in order to pass the new generation migrant workers community education system, better play to its in improve the overall quality of the role of new generation migrant workers themselves, ultimately promote their better and faster integration into city. In this paper, paper structure and the content is as follows:The first part is the introduction. As the logic starting point of this study, this part is mainly introduced in this paper, the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods, the research reviewed in this paper.The second part is the related concept and main theories of this study. This part firstly and the research about the new generation migrant workers, community, community education and urban into related concept is defined; With lifelong education idea, education fair idea, the concept of human capital, harmonious society concept as the theoretical support of this research.The third part for the investigation and analysis of this article. M, first, to investigate cases and the basic situation of the community education mode is presented, and analysis; Secondly, from the school hardware, faculty, education expenditure and education form, education time and education contents M town in the view of existing situation of teaching and the teaching condition is presented, and analysis; Again, from the three aspects of awareness, participation and satisfaction of M town of new generation migrant workers community education participation situation were investigated, and the main factors influencing the Cenozoic migrant workers to participate in community education; Finally, based on the investigation, in-depth analysis of the current problems in new generation migrant workers community education.The fourth part is the strategy analysis, in view of the investigation and study, summed up the problems in the overall planning, strengthen the government perfect the policies and regulations; To solve some specific problems in the operation of the community education; To strengthen publicity and education information services; Cenozoic migrant workers their own participation in community education enthusiasm these four aspects, put forward the new generation of migrant workers of long-term development of community education policy recommendations, in order to give full play to the community education in promoting new generation of migrant workers into the positive role of city.
