However, new generation of migrant workers into full of obstacles, in addition to external institutional, economic, and cultural barriers, in its own professional skills, life style, value idea, social interactions, etc, and the city does not adapt, the lack of internal quality is also seriously affected the new generation migrant workers city into the process.
