Research On The Check Adaptation Of The New Check Elderly In Social Pension Institutions

With the growing aging population and the social pension burden is increasing, the social endowment presented diverse trends and organs of society to the pension become the choice of many elderly and families. Facing the shift from the old-age home to the social pension agency check the social pension institutions for the elderly, the current situation and the presence of a range of issues worthy of concern in the community.This paper chooses the new check elderly in Fuzhou Social Welfare Institute as the object of study,adopts the qualitative research method, literature research, interviews and field observations to elaborate the new check elderly in Fuzhou Social Welfare Institute living environment, daily life, interpersonal, psychological status and family relations occupancy adaptation,chooses the ecosystem theory from the social system, the pension agency system, family system and individual systems as the analysis framework to analyze the reasons behind the adaptation the new occupancy elderly stay, and explores from different perspectives on this basis the new occupancy elderly persons to adapt to the solution of the problem, and then form a complete research system to provide reference for social pension institutions elderly stay adaptation, to help the new occupancy elderly to take better adapt to the life in social pension institutions, thus contributing to the the new occupancy elderly to spend a happy, peace of mind, fulfilling later life in social pension institutions.
