At present,our country's population is becoming more and more aging.The living conditions and quality of life of the elderly have become the focus of the country's attention.Therefore,the development of socialized pension is the general trend,while the Institutional Pension Model is more innovative than the Community Pension Model and the traditional Family Pension Model.In addition,it has become one of the main old-age models in Chinese society.Since the old-age industry is an emerging industry in China,there are still many problems in the service model and management system of the old-age care institutions.These problems directly affect the comfort and happiness of the elderly.Among them,the adaptation process of the elderly living in the old-age care institutions to the life and management of the institution has become one of the important factors affecting not only the old people's choice of old-age care,but also the institutional pension development.On the basis of the traditional "Family Pension"culture and personal life experience,and based on the service level of the old-age care institution and the personal judgment of the external environment,the elderly will have different degrees of adaptability after the institution.The bad adaptation process will affect the physical and psychological conditions of the elderly,and the elderly will bring about the physiological anxiety-related diseases caused by psychological anxiety on the basis of geriatric diseases,and thus affect the quality of the elderly in their later years.As a work aimed at helping the elderly to improve their ability to solve problems and adapt to society,to obtain resources,and to promote social interaction with others,the social work of the elderly is based on the integration of theoretical knowledge of related disciplines such as psychology and sociology.It can effectively help the elderly in the institution to solve the adaptation problem,thereby restoring its impaired adaptive function,maintaining the normality and stability of the elderly,improving the quality of life of the elderly,and contributing to the healthy development of the elderly.The different understanding of the concept of "family" affects the life of each adult.In the long years,the elderly are more deeply influenced by the "family" concept of their lifestyle and life.Affected by the family culture of "Traditional filial piety as the first" in the traditional culture of our country,the home is the place where most of the elderly are "falling leaves to the roots",thus affecting the choice of the elderly for the way of providing for the elderly.The concept of "family" proposed in this paper is based on the study of blood,geography and kinship,and is based on the external environment,lifestyle,interpersonal relationship,and psychological state of the elderly in the old-age care institutions.Concept.On the basis of this,corresponding to different factors,the concept of the entity and the institution is proposed:the entity family is the original family of the elderly,and the institution is the entity that deconstructs the concept of the elderly entity after intervening in the adaptation process of the elderly.On the basis of this,a new concept of family is constructed,which enables the elderly to recognize the environment and lifestyle of the old-age care institution,so as to have a sense of security,belonging and control in the process of the institution's life.This paper uses qualitative research methods to interview 30 elderly people living in C pension apartments firstly to adapt to the adaptation of the elderly,and to extract the influence of the core concept of "family" on the adaptation process of the elderly.This concept further interviews and analyzes whether the understanding of the 'family"concept of the elderly affects the institutional life adaptation process of the elderly,and then distinguishes the four groups of elderly people with different check-in time periods for comparative analysis to explore the adaptation process of the elderly and the elderly.The factors that understand the concept of the family and the connection between the two.On this basis,social worker finds a service target through between the elder people,and after fully evaluating their problems,under the guidance of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,ecosystem theory,cognitive theory,advantage perspective theory and empowerment theory,using casework methods,Through five different services,the service target adapts to the increase rate lifestyle,but also in the acceptance of the elderly by the elderly.In the traditional concept,"family" is a place that makes people feel at ease and roots.Therefore,based on the factors that integrate the elderly's own understanding of the entity in the process of social work intervention,the deconstruction of the elderly through the case work The factors of the concept of the entity,and in the
