| With the rapid development of network technology, the micro-blog develops rapidly as the representative of a new media. The new media communication and sharing of information provide a more convenient channel. On the other hand, it also provides a more severe challenge to the work of the university public opinion management. According to the data shown from China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC) in2013, at the end of December2012, the micro-blog users amounted to309million in China, grow by58.73million compared to the end of2011. The proportion of the internet users in the micro-blog users increased by6percentage points, to54.7%over last year. Just3years, the micro-blog has become the most important internet application for nearly half of Chinese internet users.The ideological education of college students is one of the most important work of university management, can effectively carry out the ideological education work related to the survival and development. Under the background of globalization, the Internet has become an important channel and platform to obtain knowledge and exchange of ideas and information for college students. In the Internet age, once the emerging college group events, the network public opinion will play a great role in adding fuel to the flames, affects the harmony and stability of the normal teaching order of the school and campus. Thus, pay attention to and strengthen the college network public opinion work, establishment of the network of public opinion analysis, and evaluation and guidance mechanism, have an important theoretical and practical significance for various problems in dealing with the network public opinion may arise.Under the background of the micro-blog times, this article discusses the network of public opinion control and guides the work for the network and the emerging media such as micro-blog bringing to the ideological and political work of new challenges. It explores the opinion for the network public to the communist youth league in universities. Firstly, the paper introduced this article research background, the research status at home and abroad and the research method and innovation. Then, it expounds the basic concept of college network public opinion, discusses some characteristics of transmission micro era, analyzes the relationship between the Communist Youth League and the network public opinion. In the following,"micro era" in colleges and universities under the network public opinion has been investigated, the results show that, the characteristics of public opinion is mainly manifested in five aspects:public opinion, covering a wide range of opinion leaders with a strong voice, the dissemination of information quickly,"fission" type of geometric diffusion and identity recognizable strong controllability causes of the public opinion; and can be divided into two aspects of exogenous and endogenous. At last, under the control of the Communist Youth League network public opinion micro era and guide mechanism, it pointes out that the network public opinion of college the Youth League should insist on integrated, pertinence and guidance of three principles, perfecting the guidance of public opinion in network education method, establishment of the network of public opinion communication and control as well as the collection and feedback mechanism.Mirco-blog has become the new current network tools for communication in university campus. And mirco-blog is favored by more and more college students for its relative real identity, transmission speed, rich in content. Strengthen the network public opinion in colleges and universities for the communist youth league under "micro age", not only can improve the effect of network ideological education of communist youth league, and also can guide college students’healthy growth and make them succeed. |
