The education transformation inmates, both under the Constitution, is animportant part of the execution of punishment, inmates transition from” prison tosociety "has played an important role. This stage, China has entered a period of socialtransition, the apparent growth of criminal illegal crime rates, and the success orfailure of the prison education and reform is directly related to the level of offense orcrime rates emancipist. Education and reform of the inmates, mainly including theideological and moral education, culture, education, vocational and technicaleducation, and mental health education, different from the general school education,but every part of the transformation of the Chinese prisons for many years to explorethe results, indispensable, cultural education and vocational and technical educationfor inmates re-embark on the community to provide "emboldened"; ideological andmoral education and mental health education to reverse the the inmates error values,to purify their psychological reshape its ethical.This dissertation is categorized into three chapters:Chapter One: is a comparative study of the basic problems of education andreform of the prison inmates.The prison is the social civilization window, is Civilization window, criminalCivilization mirror paper prison inmates as the object of prison education and reform the actual situation, to explore the process of the rule of law in China civilization.
