Research On The Countermeasures Of Strengthening The Educational Reform Of Prisoners

The new China's prison was created from 1949,and to the 1994 "prison law" was published,then to the legalization,scientific,social prison's construction,which has developed more than half a century.The prison's development has experienced five stages which are creation,preliminary development,destruction,chaos and development.With the progress of society and the study of prison problems in the world,the management theory and system of prison has also developed rapidly.Meanwhile,the party and the state began to pay more attention to education reform.Prison management also began to move towards a more civilized,scientific and rational direction.Especially in recent years,the prison education modification work has always adhere to the "combination of punishment and transformation,to educate the people",and actively explore new prison modification work experience,new methods to actively make a full use of the educational reform,and effectively promoted the continuous stability of the supervision site and the continuous improvement of the quality of education reform,to maintain social stability,promote social equity and justice,safeguard the people to live and work in peace and contentment.But with the reform and development of prison work,education modification work also appeared many new situations and new problems,such as education ways are old,the education content is lack of pertinence and practicability,appraisal method is not scientific,etc.,these problems are seriously restricts the further promotion and development of education modification work.This paper carefully studies the education modification work's development condition of the Hohhot A Prison,and in the perspective of it,through methods such as communicating with polices at basic level and data analysis,to earnestly analyze the deep reasons of existing problems,and to explore effective ways of improving the quality of education reform.On the basis of this and combining with the actual situation to put forward measures and suggestions for further strengthening education improvement work.To provide some theoretical basis and reference for speeding up the legal,scientific and social processes of our country's prison work.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part,introduced the research background and significance,summarized the present domestic experts and scholars in the theoretical research results on the prison education reform,got the essence of forefathers' research,clarify the theoretical basis of this thesis;The second part,it is stated on the construction of system of our country education reform and outstanding problems;Third part in the perspective of the Hohhot A Prison,analyzed the actual work of prison education reform situation,revealed problems still exist in education modification work in our country's jail;The fourth part in promoting education modification work status,enriching education content,creating new teaching method and improving the education reform achievements rules and using the perspective of social power to improve the quality of education modification work,and the level of education reform countermeasures and suggestions.
