China domestic service industry as a wholeis still in a trial and consolidation phase. Government should step up the boot, tointervention and regulation of the market, overcome market failures to make up fordeficiencies or inadequacies of the market mechanism. Chinese Government can beimplementation of legislation and standardization managing, co-ordinating trainingand management of human resources, reasonable tax system of levers and otherinitiatives to strengthen centralized management of domestic service industries.Chinese Government policies can be combined through an enabling and regulatorymanagement, market demand combined with the adjustment of economic structure,employment and defend our rights and interests combine to implement specificmeasures, such as the domestic service industry is managed in an integrated manner.
