Even soil and water resources aredestroyed. The ecological problems become big obstacles restricting the rapid development ofQingdao.The defective legal system of ecological protection in Qingdao Dagu river basin is one ofthe causes of these ecological problems. In reality, the management system of rural non-pointsource pollution, and the system of controlling point sources of pollution, such as urbansewage and industrial wastewater discharge have lots of loopholes.
