Legal Thinking On The Credit Problens Of The Poor Farmers

With the advance of new rural construction, the difficulties in the development of poor farmers have become increasingly prominent. The development of poor farmers is difficult that the lack of sources funding. How to solve the problem of poor farmers sources of development finance is critical to address development issues of poor farmers. However, theoretical research and practical experience on poor farmers credit over a long period of time are quite scarce, many problems can not be effectively by resolved. In view of this, I think that it is necessary to conduct in-depth research in the area, in order to be able to find difficult effective measures to address poverty farmers credit. In this paper, the author use the research methods, literature research, and thinking. Start from the definition of the poor farmers, poor farmers credit definitions, characteristics and significance, the basic question leads to poor farmers credit difficult. About credit to poor farmers, China’s laws and policies is not clearly defined, weak legal status has led to many problems in practice development model. Analysis of poor farmers credit problems, the author research to xin’anzhen and the old town of Pingguo County of Baise City of Guangxi by176sample households to get the first-hand information, with the Poor farmers credit practice patterns, the author analysis the causes of poor farmers credit problems. Finally, according to parse out the reasons put forward improve poor farmers credit system to solve difficult legal thinking of the poor farmers credit. In this paper, the new insights is:First, measures to solve the problem of poverty of farmers from the point of view of economic law; Second, establish poor farmers credit system to solve the difficult problem of poor farmers credit.
