In August 2012, the Hubei Provincial Committee and the Hubei Provincial Government decided to implement the ecology of the residents in the core area of the Dajiu Lake Wetland for three years in order to protect the ecology of the wetland. The resettlement area is the Pingqian village. Pingqian community as a set of tourism poverty alleviation, eco-tourism sustainable development as one of the immigrant community, is China's poverty alleviation work and the development of eco-tourism work results. The core of tourism poverty alleviation is the poor peasant households, and the core of ecotourism is whether it can make the community income at the same time without harming the natural ecological environment. Based on the common point of tourism poverty alleviation and ecotourism, this paper introduces the sustainable livelihood of farmers into the study of resettlement of ecological relocation farmer project. It is the core problem to judge whether the tourism poverty alleviation is successful in the area and whether the ecotourism is beneficial to the community in the area.Based on the sustainable livelihood model of the UK Department of International Development and the rural vulnerability analysis method common to the World Food Program, this paper establishes the sustainable livelihood evaluation index system of Pingqian village in combination with the actual situation of the study area. According to the index system, the ecological relocation of Pingqian village ecological relocation farmers in the human, natural, material, financial and social five aspects of the capital,Shennongjia forest area Dajiu Lake tourism destination of the ecological relocation of farmers to quantify the status of livelihood assessment.To identify problems that exist, to determine their vulnerability.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) The sustainable livelihood of the migrant farmers in the county is characterized by unstable state, the financial capital is the worst, and the social capital is the second.Meanwhile, the farmer's livelihood in Pingqian village is influenced by external shock,the ability to resist the risk is weak, the social and economic policy Did not produce a benign impact, farmer livelihood vulnerability is high, there is not enough pressure capacity,can not maintain or even improve their survival capital,therefore,Pingqian village farmers livelihood is not sustainable.(2 ) Through the SPSS correlation analysis, it is judged whether the members of the village households or farmers' representatives can be used to control the cash and savings,the opportunity to loan to the bank / credit cooperatives, the education level of the family adult labor force, Family can be used in the tourism area of housing, the family can be used to engage in the tourism industry housing location, access to community policy information channels and timeliness is the main factor affecting the sustainable development of farmers in Pingqian village.In summary, Pingqian village as a set of tourism poverty alleviation, ecotourism sustainable development as one of the immigrant community, is China's poverty alleviation work and the development of eco-tourism work results, its tourism poverty alleviation work to enhance the local economic income, but did not improve the livelihood of local farmers. The eco-immigration project in the process of ecotourism has improved the ecological environment of the Dajiu Lake National Wetland Park, and the ecological relocation and resettlement work has not paid attention to the livelihood status of the farmers and brought great impact to their life.
