Corruption is incompatible with Marxism and socialism withChinese characteristics. Maxism’s anti-corruption theory reveals that it isnecessary to strengthen the supervision of public officers. Based on it,thisarticle in-depth analyzes some problems of using three transparentmechanism to strengthen supervision and curbing corruption at the source.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the exordium. It introduces the writing significanceof this article, sums up the results of theoretical studies of the domesticand foreign scholars on anti-corruption issues and points out that theresearch methods and innovations of this article.The second part is about the basic problem of anti-corruption. Firstof all,it points out that the nature of corruption, analyzes the hazard andthe root causes of corruption occurrence. Subsequently,a brief analysis ofthe corruption phenomenon and overall situation of anti-corruption of ourcountry are given.The third part is the analysis of Maxism’s anti-corruption theory. Itgives a brief review of the anti-corruption ideology of Marxism indifferent periods, and summarizes the basic essence of Marxism’santi-corruption theory: the development of democracy is the premise, restriction of power is the core, widely supervision is the guaranteeand transparent mechanism is the inevitable path.Fourth to sixth, it respectively describes three transparent mechanismfor preventing and controlling corruption: the openness of the power、property and morality. Openness and transparency of these three areas,which seizes three key issues about cadres:what rights they have, whatkind of man, and how much money, and strengthens supervision of thecadres on the process、the tendency and the results of exercisingauthority,achieves the effect of preventing corruption fundamentally.
