Teaching is the core content of higher education, which affects thedevelopment of institutions of higher learning speed and rising space.Teaching teachers play dominant roles in improvement of teaching leveland quality, higher personnel training and creation of the force characteristicdiscipline.Therefore, the construction of college teachers team and teachingforce determines the level of running and development space of universitiesand colleges. But in the practice of higher education, affected by the highereducation management system, teaching teachers suffered from unequaltreatment in salary, professional title evaluation and other aspects, whichaffected the enthusiasm of teachers teaching in Colleges and universitiesengaged in teaching work, thereby affected the academic level of Universityteaching. Therefore, in order to the healthy development of higher education,incentive mechanism of college teachers which can inspire teachinguniversity teachers’ potential and mobilize the enthusiasm of teachersteaching, should be drawed up according to the characteristics so as topromote the teaching level and quality improvement.In this paper, combined with China’s relevant laws and regulations andthe management practice, the incentive mechanism of University teacherscan be studied from four aspects. The first chapter is introduction. In the partof the research of this article, topic basis, value, research content andresearch methods of the paper are stated which clearly pointed out that theteaching of college teachers incentive mechanism has great value and effectfor high school, students and teaching the teacher himself; the secondchapter is the incentive mechanism of college teachers teaching in china. Inthis part, firstly the importance of incentive mechanism of universityteachers indicates the characteristics in labor, personality and demandlevels,of teaching teachers in Colleges and universities. The main content ofincentive mechanism of the University Teaching teachers of our country atpresent are stated from salary, position and the development of detailed.Thethird chapter is the teaching of colleges and universities in China motivationmechanism. In this part, the current teaching of Chinese university teacherincentive mechanisms are analyzed. Some defects as follows are pointed out:the appraisal mechanism legislation does not distinguish, universityteaching teachers typed on teachers in colleges and universities is notscientific, teaching university faculty compensation system is not perfectand the university teaching teachers’ rights protection mechanism is notperfect.The fourth chapter is to perfect the incentive mechanism ofuniversity teachers in china. In this part, aiming at the defects of the currentincentive mechanism for university teaching teachers, the paper put forwardthe following suggestions as revising the relevant laws on types of teachersin colleges and universities, establishing the specialized teaching teacherevaluation mechanism, perfecting salary system to improve the teaching ofcollege teachers treatment and improving the legal guarantee mechanism ofteaching college teachers’ rights.
