Undergraduate education is the foundation of military academy education as well as military talents growing and developing. Teaching is the center part of military academy education, and teaching quality has direct effect on the education quality. Adopting the modern management theory and method, the dissertation analyses the theoretical mode of institution quality assurance and assurance system model, on which theoretical model of quality assurance at undergraduate level in military academy are constructed. The dissertation also analyses the practical process, and proposes the construction of institution quality assurance at undergraduate level in military academy. On the basis of study and analyzing some typical cases in several institutions, home and abroad, the dissertation constructs the evaluation system on teaching quality at undergraduate level in military academy which is composed of four parts: evaluation on in-class teaching quality, evaluation on series-class teaching quality, integrated evaluation on teaching quality in colleges and integrated evaluation on teaching quality in university at undergraduate level. Consequently, the evaluation plan and the evaluation guide line are established. The dissertation also works out the evaluation plan and guide line of in-class teaching quality at undergraduate level in the National University of Defense Technology and put them into practice.
