A Study On Teaching Quality Assurance System In Military Universities

As the life line of university education, quality has been paid wide attention to .How to ensure a sustainable improvement of teaching quality has become a key problem that every institution of higher learning has to consider and confront. Since the traditional management method with quality check management as the core has fallen too far behind to meet the needs of current quality management. It has become one of the most efficient means available to ensure teaching quality by means of a teaching quality assurance system. Based upon deep investigations on the current quality management situation both at home and abroad, by analytic exemplification, standard analysis, comparison and case study, in a logical order of function, performance mechanism and system establishment, written in the sequence of introduction, analysis and conclusion, this essay further develops teaching quality assurance ideas regarding the background of quality management and its concepts clarification, the goal system, factors, performance mechanism and establishment of a theoretical and practical model with exemplifications of a teaching quality assurance system; it presents definitions of its concepts, a systematic and comprehensive analysis of its structure , functions and performance mechanism, and a new clarification of the attributes, position and quality policies and goals of military university diploma education; it gives a systematic analysis of such factors affecting military university education quality as administrators , teaching staff, students, majors, course system, teaching methodology and other resources and offers specific and feasible policies and suggestions; it also presents a systematic account of the management, monitoring and assessment, and feedback mechanisms of the teaching quality assurance system and some specific ideas of reform.
