Research On The Influence Of The Green Trade Barrier On Our Country’s Agricultural Products Exportation And Countermeasures

"Green trade barrier" as an important part of international trade non-tariffbarriers, plays a more and more important role in international trade. As a protection ofdomestic industry interests and limiting its export means, particularly inhibiting China’sexports of agricultural products, affects the long-term development of agriculture in ourcountry. Agriculture is related to the beneficial to the people’s livelihood,"greenbarriers" impacted on China’s agricultural products, has become the important issues ofconcern to the people, so to understand and analysis of "green trade barrier", to find thesolution is imminent. Based on the "green trade barrier" of the concept, origin anddevelopment of the comprehensive elaboration, analyzes the adverse effects andCountermeasures of the agricultural product trade of our country, focuses on the face ofthe green trade barrier legal measures and effective solutions to be taken in china.The green trade barriers o on the other hand, it has to protect the form oflegitimacy, to protect the contents, protection methods of concealment, the protectiveeffect of discriminative features for developing countries, the foreign trade ofagricultural products and development has brought great challenges. Therefore, thegreen trade barrier issues related to the further research and the export of agriculturalproducts, legal countermeasures to deal with green barriers to trade, opposediscriminatory practice in international trade, analysis of how to improve the quality ofagricultural products, improve the international competitiveness of agriculturalproducts, promote the development of agricultural products, has very importantrealistic meaning ultimately overcome the green trade barriers. Based on the "greentrade barrier" concept, principle and legal relations elaboration, show its essence anddevelopment, and from the international, domestic legal framework is presented tosolve the "green trade barrier" on China’s agricultural products and the impact andcountermeasures.The first chapter of this thesis has summarized the basic conception, generationand development of Green Trade Barrier; the second chapter has analyzed the currentsituation that our country has suffered from Green Trade Barrier through abundantexemplifications. In addition, it takes the medlar export in Gansu as an example toanalyze in detail how the agricultural products are effected by Green Trade Barrier; the third chapter has taken a comprehensive analysis about the effect caused by GreenTrade Barrier on our country. Though judged from the short period Green Trade Barrierhas less effects on the export of agricultural products, in the long run, it will force ourcountry to promote the quality of green and environmental agricultural products; theforth chapter is a key one of this thesis, it has analyzed comprehensively the legalmeasures that we should take when faced with Green Trade Barriers from the angle ofboth international and national layers.
