At the same time other countries will set up more and more trade obstacle to the Chinese products. It is time that domestic enterprises will face the real challenge.Base on this these, we should keep our competitiveness of our products, as well as protect national products from the impact by the products of other countries. Here needs to solve two problems: First, how to smoothly stride other countries have set up the barrier, and second, how about protect our market of native country. At the same time, our country is a large agricultural country and agriculture is a heavy and weak industry, so our primary problem is to protect agriculture. Fujian is the large agricultural province, our government has been take regard the export-oriented agriculture as pillar all the time. Our country meet more and more technological barriers in exporting field in the past two years, and what agricultural product run most into is the green trade barrier.This project bases on the situation of Fujian Province, start with theory analysis and performance of green trade barrier, have analyzed the current situation of the green trade barrier of agricultural product (experience of Fujian Province pointedly), and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure. In this part of countermeasure, I divide our social subject into two parts: the government and the enterprise. Regarded as the government it has the bounden responsibility to manage the subject, set up the standard which conforms with the international market situation, strengthen the implementation of standard , train thespecialized personnel etc. At the same time, as the subject of production, the bounden responsibility of enterprise are guaranteeing their own quality, fully setting up connection between peasant households, etc..We should protect our own home well even more. When other countries widely open to us, we must make our own market more opening to the outside world now; And there is one's own characteristic in each area of our country, it is impossible to hope that the government makes the unified protection for us, just to this current situation, this project bases on the characteristic of Fujian Province, put forward the strategic scheme of setting up ourselves' green barrier.
