Corporate governance is not just about the company’s internal governance, thesame company’s external factors should also be considered. Elected18representativesof enterprise executives in corporate governance is one of the important factors of apolitical nature, with the empirical methods to study their positions within thecompany how they effect the company’s governance, is the focus of this paper.This article from State-owned enterprises and private enterprises through the first18large party delegates and the ownership structure of the company, the Board ofDirectors, as well as analysis of incentive mechanism, summed up18on behalf of thehost status of corporate governance of State-owned enterprises and private enterprises,to analyse their impact provide data below background and draw the view.First, by political factors on corporate governance the general theory of induction,company executives elected to the18delegates is going to become a political factor inthe existence of the company, and corporate governance plays an important impact.Executives of State-owned companies as the Government and the bridge of theenterprise, use their talents for the value of State assets. Entrepreneurs of privateenterprises which are in its political identity, received government support in terms offinance, taxation, for the company’s good political governance, development of thesocial environment.Second, representatives of18State-owned company ownership structure: anempirical analysis of results18large State-owned companies on behalf of the host"was a single large" phenomenon. SASAC appears as a contributor,"owner defaulted"supervision of State-owned enterprise executives and difficult issues, as well asExecutive Chief of State enterprises.
