Forest as the main body of the land ecological system, known as the "kidneys" ofthe earth. Forest has great economic value and ecological value, especially since the "OurCommon Future" released, the conception of sustainable development has been deeply tomake country’s economic and social fields and then through to the field of environmentalprotection. Under the guidance of China’s "Forest Law" and its related legal system hasbeen revised and supplemented.The state’s forestry administration released forimplementation of the China national plan to respond to climate change granted by thetask of forestry issued a "Forestry Action Plan". The forestry plan of action "determinedthe five principles, three periodic goal, the implementation of the22of the initiative,guide the forestry department at all levels in response to climate change.Especially inChina "1025" planning in chapter25chapters provisions on promoting the ecologicalprotection and restoration. Because these policies is still not into law, so some of ourforests of the provisions of the basic law system and wasn’t strong enough, some systemtheory construction and practice in the operation of the all exists some problems. And thispaper aims at the world some developed countries for reference of the forest law systempart of the essence, and in combination with feeling Lin, the forest law system of theexistent problems, solutions, and further perfect our country forest law legal system.
