The Research On The Way Out Of The University Student Village In Chongqing After The Expiration Of The Performance Of Their Duties

In order to break the bottlenck of the new rural construction,the central start to employment situation for college graduates in2008. Over the past few years, a large number of college students out of school to become a University-graduate Village officiall, who dedicated their youth to the new rural construction.But where are their way three years later?The problem of Way out is the core issues that affect the situation as a whole, the way out of the problem, University-graduate Village official stay focused on work, and contribute to the new rural construction; contrary, the way out of the problem is resolved, they will affect the university student village official who served during the period the enthusiasm of the work, and even affect the overall implementation of the program of the University Student Village. In order to solve the problem of the way out of University-graduate Village official, we analysis of the historical process of Chongqing University-graduate Village official. There are some problems to be solved. A very important issue is the way after the expiration of their service. This paper will be combined with the actual situation of Chongqing. On the basis of full investigation, we found that the way of the problems facing the following difficulties:the civil service exam is very congested; the continued employment demand is contradictory; success rate of entrepreneurial is not high; further studies is the lack of advantages.On the basis of analyzing the problem, we further investigate this problem that improvingg the way of Chongqing University-graduate Village. This paper argues that:to create a good atmosphere for public opinion to the University Student Village; should strictly recruitment and training of local household registration of village officials; want to develop scientific and rational evaluation mechanisms, in order to improve the work of the University Student Village; want to broaden the University Student Village exit channels; University Student Village to do counseling, etc.
