In order to solve the talent bottleneck of rural development and relieve the current severe employment pressure,the Party Central Committee has begun to implement the policy of college student village officials in all parts of the country.With the implementation of this policy,good social effects have been achieved,not only bringing fresh blood to the countryside,but also alleviating the pressure of social employment.But with the passage of time,the policy has also produced new problems,the most obvious of which is the employment problem of village officials,which has also caused a virtuous circle of village officials.And circulation.Taking the university student village officials in Xingtai City as the research object,this paper investigates and interviews the two groups of on-the-job university student village officials and the university student village officials who have been laid off for re-employment through literature review,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,and makes a deep analysis of the reasons for the employment difficulties of university student village officials.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: firstly,there is a deviation in Vocational cognition;secondly,the policy of self-employment is not perfect;thirdly,the employment guidance service is backward;fourthly,the village officials themselves are not strong in practical ability.In view of the above problems and reasons,we put forward the following measures and suggestions according to the principles of trait-factor theory,demand theory,fairness theory and expectation theory: firstly,to improve the salary and treatment of College village officials and enhance their willingness to retain their posts;secondly,to enhance the training to help change their ideas;thirdly,to enhance the training to help change their awareness;Establish and improve the entrepreneurial policy of village officials;Fourth,broaden the employment channels of civil servants and institutions;Fifth,help to enhance the practical ability of college students to enter the enterprise work smoothly.
