On The Investigation To The Branch Of The Three People’s Principles Youth League In Sichuan

The Three People’s Principles Youth League is one of the mostimportant organizations during the national government period, it was led by ChiangKai-shek directly and the more important fact is that it was founded during theAnti-Japanese War period, Chiang Kai-shek set up this league in order to integrate thenational anti-Japanese forces, save the decay and dispel factions’ disputes of theKuomintang Party as well as compete for the leadership of the youth movement withthe Chinese Communist Party. After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, the statusof Sichuan was improved rapidly in the national politics, economy and military, andbecome the home front during the Anti-Japanese War. This thesis takes the branch ofthe Three People’s Principles Youth League in Sichuan as the research object,discussing the background of establishment, construction of the organization, therelations among local party and factions with the methods of historical materials’analysis, comparative study, statistical analysis, case analysis to investigate the ThreePeople’s Principles Youth League in Sichuan deeply and objectively.
