The Study On Volunteer Protection In China

Volunteer service activities has a long history can be traced back to ancient Rome or earlier periods of religious charitable activities. Modern volunteer service activities originated in the19th century in Europe. Since2008, the volunteer service in China has entered a period of rapid development. The rapid development of volunteer services at the same time, the volunteer interest in the phenomenon of damage have occurred. To further promote the good development of volunteer services and strengthen the work of volunteers’rights protection is especially necessary.Volunteers narrowly joined the volunteer organization or non-profit organization providing volunteer services or registered in the registration of agencies for people. The volunteers in the broad sense, including not only the volunteers in the narrow sense, but also include those who engaged in volunteer service.In this thesis, the method of literature review, questionnaires, field studies of volunteers volunteering behavior typed analysis, in-depth analysis and study of the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the status quo of the domestic volunteer, clear of the Protection of the Rights and Interests of volunteers, mainlyquestions:(l)the legal system is not complete;(2)the degree of social recognition of volunteers is not high;(3) volunteer element can not be strong. By comparing Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, foreign volunteers Protection of the Rights and Interests of the status quo, from the security system, the legal system, regulatory agencies, and many other, looking for a method to solve the main problems of the volunteers the Protection of the Rights and Interests in China, proposed the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the development of our volunteers path selection:(1) healthy volunteers protection of the Rights and Interests of the legal system;(2) Innovation volunteers protection of the Rights and Interests of management mode. Research significance of this paper is mainly reflected in the following points: First, by foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions volunteers’ rights protection mechanism comparative analysis reveals our volunteers’ rights protection mechanism present situation and existing problems. The second theory mature and perfect for our country is in a period of social transition, according to the law to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the volunteers, to promote volunteer organizations to maintain vitality, to promote the progress of civil society beneficial. Third, in response to the country to build a harmonious society, innovative social management of political demands, and to help explore the establishment of social stability under the conditions of the market economy mechanism is conducive to building a pluralistic and participatory social governance pattern.
