The values of culture to a country and an army have been widely recognized. In recent years, the army has put values cultivating and culture constructing to a strategic height, and introduced a series of documents. Then the whole army set off a wave of values cultivating and cultural constructing. In the end of2008, Hu Jintao,when he was the chairman of the Central Military Commission, proposed strive to foster The contemporary core values of PLA (CCVP) in the army, and made clear that the basic content of CCVP is loyal to the Party, love the people, serve the country, dedicated to the mission, advocating Honor.In early2012, the Central Military Commission of PLA issued opinions to develop advanced military culture to guide the army to carry out the construction of advanced military culture."Opinions" has cleared goals and major tasks for the development of advanced military culture, and proposed to adhere to the development of advanced military culture as the fundamental task of cultivating the CCVP.The CCVP is a special form of socialist core value system in the military field, and is the specific norms and fundamental requirement of understanding of contemporary military thinking, code of conduct and the value orientation. The CCVP and advanced military culture are in a dialectical unity, and the two complement each other. Internal relations of the CCVP and advanced military culture has opened a prelude to explore the internal mechanism of values cultivating from the cultural perspective. Culture identity is the premise of values cultivating. The process from culture identity to recognized culture opens up a cultural path of culture cultivating.The analysis of theory and practice has solved the problems of the feasibility and necessity of the path to explore cultivating CCVP from the military culture.
