The contemporary government does not think society and people to provide quality and efficient service as a senior efficiency, to boost their performance as the main objectives. In public management, performance evaluation is used as one of the effective means of management, more and more high frequency of use. Strengthen the construction of government performance, improve work efficiency, to provide high quality service is the regional government must diligently direction.Administrative management architecture based on the compartmentalization of the realistic background, the performance evaluation theory, analysis in the S district level government department performance evaluation problems, and through empirical and theoretical analysis, put forward specific measures to improve the work of district level government performance evaluation. The author thinks, at present in the performance evaluation of district government departments fragmentation of the obvious problems, such as the index system, evaluation, act of one’s own free will easily confused phenomenon repeated examination phenomenon, power of these problems and the evaluation of superior friction between subjects with non relationship often obvious. In view of this situation, the author puts forward the following countermeasures:setting up the coordination management mechanism, the district government departments to assess the value of perfect information communication mechanism of district level government performance evaluation and the construction of evaluation index system of district government departments of scientific performance. |
