Study On The Elderly Social Service Policy In Our Country Under "People-oriented" Visual Field

The thought of "people-oriented" has been a long time since ancient times inChina. Either the idea of "people-oriented" in Chinese traditional culture or the idea of"human-oriented","humanities" in the west targets the purpose on people and affirmsthe important role in the development of society. What is different from now is thatmost ancient thought of "people-oriented" were used by a monarchy ruling his peopleand maintaining the stability, or people doing efforts for their own emancipation. Inthe modern society,"people-oriented" thinking is a kind of embodiment of respectingand protecting human rights. The aim of Marxist theory is to achieve the liberation ofall mankind, and its core is "people-oriented". In the process of sinicization ofMarxism in China, deepening and developing the "people-oriented" thought, andusing it as the basic principle of ruling a country and a party are the value backgroundand theoretical guidance of achieving good governance and building Chinesesocialism society.This paper expounds the characteristics of people-based thought of ancientChinese society, people-based thought of traditional western society and Marxisthumanism theory by using research method of combining the induction and analysistheory and practice. After that, we discuss the heritage and development of the idea of"people-oriented" in the process of the Chinese communist party’s ruling. By sortingout the development of "people-oriented" governing idea, we analyze some problemsin its development and put forward some paths to solve these problems starting fromthe elderly social service policy, and clarify how the concept of "people-oriented" isapplied to the elderly social service policy and the significance of doing it. It fullyproves the application and implement of our party’s "people-oriented" governing ideaand concludes the use of "people-oriented" concept in guiding the elderly socialservice policy, not only in the elderly life care, but also in the way to encourage theelderly achieve its own development through policy support so as to promote thedevelopment of the society and make a further effort to realize citizen’s all-round development. Starting from people-oriented and eventually returning to thepeople-oriented is the starting point and foothold of all the work of our party andgovernment. In the essay, we find the elderly problems in the vision of"people-oriented" and solve the problems to see the essence of "people-oriented",which is good for practicing the scientific outlook on development, the constructionof socialist harmonious society and promote the comprehensive well-off societyconstruction. It is the effort to realize people’s development in an all-round way andcommunist ideal.
