A Research Of The Way Of Pushing Forward The Development Of Urban Community Service

The urban community is a basic unit of urban society. When the community is harmonious, the city will be harmonious. Currently, with a profound change to China’s social structure and increasing acceleration of urbanization as well as miniaturization of families and modernization of urban life, urban residents’demand of urban community service is increasingly diversified and individualized. It is of great practical significance for constructing a harmonious society and building a beautiful China to strengthen the research of the way of pushing forward the development of China’s urban community service, to promote the development of urban community service, to enhance the level of urban community service and to satisfy the urban residents’ increasing demand of service. This essay has proposed a comprehensive choice of ways and practical strategies and measures to push forward the development of urban community service through a comprehensive conclusion and a profound analysis of the urban community service, taking Xiamen City into consideration.Firstly, this essay has used literature research method, participatory observation method and case study method to collect literatures and data of Xiamen urban community service and make a conclusion of the practice of Xiamen urban community service in terms of community service hardware construction, mechanism construction and team construction, etc., thus having carded the useful experience of Xiamen City in exploring the practice of urban community service; Secondly, on the basis of that, this essay has taken the situation of Xiamen City into consideration to analyze the practical challenges posed to Xiamen City, problems existing and reasons behind that in terms of urban community service; Lastly, the author has objectively proposed a comprehensive way of pushing forward the development of urban community service on the basis of problems existing in Xiamen City urban community service as well as the author’s practical job and thoughts, learning from the research results of experts and scholars both home and abroad, i.e. sticking to the comprehensive way of development characterized by "Three Ways Together" of sticking to government as the leader, social participation and construction of professionalization, putting forward specific strategies and measures under each way.This essay has proposed the way of development and strategies and measures which should be adopted to develop urban community service on the basis of analyzing the current situation of Xiamen City urban community service as well as learning from the research results of community service of experts and scholars both home and abroad, which will pose a certain guideline and learning significance to further strengthen the research of urban community service, perfect the planning of construction as well as the policy stipulation of urban community service, and raise the level of Xiamen City urban community service development.
